When Swift Developments launched their development of contemporary apartments in the picturesque Suffolk village of Mistley, Tonic were chosen to produce marketing material to appeal to the most demanding and style-conscious buyers. Working with Swift and their sales agents Spicer McColl New Homes we created a range of items including a stunning brochure containing photography commissioned to bring to life the client's vision for the unique restoration, a dramatic CGI 'fly-around, eye-catching press advertising and show home displays.
